The training course has been designed to equip professional LGV drivers with essential knowledge on the regulations affecting their everyday driving lives.
The course is informative and encourages participation in discussion of the subjects covered. We aim to provide drivers with the knowledge they require to drive legally and safely.
Following completion of the training delegates will receive a certificate and have their training hours uploaded onto the DSA (driving standards agency) web site within 5 days.
Complete Tachograph Services will be offering 7 hours per year of periodic training.
Future courses will cover the following areas:
- Understanding Drivers Hours and Working Time
- Health & Safety Awareness and Manual Handling
- A drivers guide to fuel efficiency and green strategy
- Daily walk round checks and defect reporting
Costs
Training costs £70.00 per delegate midweek (£75.00 Saturday) and includes a delegate pack including full course notes and handouts, uploading fee (currently £8.75 per delegate) course certificate and tea and coffee on arrival.
Payment can be made at the time of booking or no later than one week prior to the training date. Payment should be made by cheque payable to Complete Tachograph Services.
Cancellation within 7 days of the training date will lose 50% of the total fee.
Cancellations made outside of 7 days of the training date will lose 25% of the total fee.
